Welcome to the Song Circle! For the past 14 years, a group of acoustic musicians has been gathering twice a month to play and sing songs from the folk, blues, gospel, Americana, and country traditions. This coming Tuesday, June 16th, we are excited to welcome the Song Circle to St. Paul’s Church, their new home. The Song Circle meets the first and third Tuesdays of the month from 7-10p. Everyone is welcome to come play, sing, or just listen and enjoy. You are welcome to bring your own snacks and non-alcoholic beverages.
Welcoming the Song Circle is part of St. Paul’s goal to be A Place to Belong for all people, and establishing our parish as a center for community, arts, and culture in Woodbury and beyond.

Each week we will be sharing information about the progress made in our Parish House Renovation here in the newsletter. For more information about the project, click here. This week our friends from Woodcreek Builders framed out the new closet (from the old dish room) and continued working on the upstairs bathroom ceiling. More work with plumbing has taken place, and great progress is being made on the floors.

New Start Ministry- Good news from Rabie, the oldest son of the Afghan family we are presently helping: He received his driver's license! Rabie is understandably proud of hitting this milestone. As you may recall, he is pursuing his master's degree at the University of Oklahoma, under a Fulbright Scholarship, and expects to graduate next year. An Urgent Message about our Little Free Pantry- Our Little Free Pantry is being used heavily right now — about 75–90% of the food is gone every two days. The large donation that recently filled our shelves has now mostly been distributed to neighbors in need, and supplies are running low again. Click here to learn more! Parish Administrator Away- From May 1st through June 12th our Parish Administrator, Hannah Berg, will be away, and will not be accessing email. During that time please direct questions to Rev. Professional Nursery Care is on hiatus for the summer. Our beloved childcare worker, Nicole, will be back with us on Sunday, September 13th. Parents and caregivers are welcome to make use of the nursery during services and parish events. Youth Group continues to meet throughout the summer!
